In December 2020, a large batch of internal drainage devices and filter elements was shipped to our regular customers from Togliatti - Togliattyazot Corporation.

The products will be used in one of the workshops of the enterprise at the chemical water treatment plant (CWO), where filters are being reconstructed and modernized.

The delivery included the following industrial filtration equipment:

• Water distributor for filter tank VDRU 3.0-150-57-8-0.2 - 1 pc .;
• Water distributor for filter tank UVSRl 3400-1F Du 200 - 6 pcs .;
• Water distributor for filter tank UNSR 3400-FIPr-3.4-0.6 - 6 pcs .;
• NRU beams for filters tanks FOV-2K-3.4-0.6 / D-90420 - 6 pcs .;
• Slotted water filter nozzle FEL TS 0,2-G3 / 4-H - 1200 pcs.

Manufacturing material of devices: stainless steel 12X18H10T.

The switchgear design was specially developed for the needs of the customer. All the wishes of the service and maintenance personnel were taken into account. In particular, UNSR beams were mounted on the flange connection, paired FELs with side slots were used as filter elements, the design of the upper devices was modernized.
