For the needs of the Afipsky refinery our company has made a large batch of mechanical self-cleaning filters in 2021.

Within the framework of the contract we produced and supplied 8pcs of 8 self-piercing mechanical filters FSMOK 400-400-0,1.

They were designed for the customer according to the technical specification and internal requirements of the refinery.

The filters were equipped with shut-off valves with electric actuators, pressure and flow sensors, and an automatic control cabinet with a set of cables.

The control algorithm implies operation of the filters without stopping the main filtration process during flushing. The equipment operates in fully automatic mode.

A filtration element of frame-and-wire design TECO-SLOT with a specified slot and filtration direction from inside to outside is installed inside the products.

This design of the apparatus and internal elements makes the FSMOK filter unique and versatile in its use. 

The Afipsky refinery is one of the largest oil refineries in southern Russia.  Today the Afipsky refinery's production capacity enables it to refine 6 million tonnes of feedstock delivered by pipeline and rail. Main products: stable gasoline, diesel fuel, gas condensate distillates, heavy oil residues, sulphur.
