In October 2022, the UNSR 3700-1K drainage distribution device was shipped to our regular customers - PJSC SIBUR.

As the name suggests, the size of the device is 3700 mm!

The product will be used in a polymerization chemical reactor. The current situation in the world has put many enterprises in a difficult situation due to the need to replace or repair foreign-made equipment. For example, many column apparatus at large chemical enterprises were previously ordered abroad and manufactured under the control of technology licensors (also, as a rule, foreign ones). Now cooperation in this direction is completely stopped.

Therefore, more and more often we receive requests for the manufacture of similar equipment. Often, at the same time, the customer does not have the original documentation or it is made according to foreign standards. With extensive experience in the development and manufacture of various devices, we are trying to provide assistance in such situations.
In this case, the design documentation was completely redesigned with adaptation to current domestic standards, some technical solutions were applied that simplify and reduce the cost of the design, as well as speed up its production time.

The design of the assembly and distributing device is completely collapsible. All fastenings of beams and FEL are made on threaded connections. The manifold is assembled with flanges.
Production was carried out under the constant control of the end user. In the shortest possible time, the delivery was carried out and the equipment was transferred for installation.
The material of manufacture of devices: stainless steel of a special grade with molybdenum content.

The delivery set also included filter elements made according to the TEKO-SLOT technology - FEL TS-0.2-12-4-NM-K2"-N.
