All of them are designed to complete 9 fast non-pressure filters. Work on their construction is carried out within the framework of the project "Reconstruction and expansion of the Head treatment facilities of the water supply system in Yekaterinburg". This is one of the major projects of the last 10 years, which is of strategic importance for the Urals Federal District and Russia as a whole. The launch of filters into operation is planned for the period: 2024÷2025.

As a result of the project implementation, the quality of water supply services will be improved through the introduction of modern water treatment technologies, the capacity of water supply and sanitation systems, necessary to increase the number of users, will be increased.

Extensive experience of participating in similar projects allowed us to select and design a filter element that is most suitable in terms of its parameters for solving the task. The filter element is a combined design. The body and outlet fitting of the FEL are made of polypropylene, and the filter part is made of stainless steel. This allows you to optimize the cost and timing of production for such large-scale projects. And besides, it allows you to take full advantage of the advantages of two materials: completely neutral to water, polypropylene is durable and does not corrode, and stainless steel is strong and ensures the accuracy of the slot gap. The design of the filters is made according to the Monolithic Filtering Bottom technology. It was proposed to designers by our specialists. The main advantage of this solution is the reliability and durability of the design of the lower drainage device, comparable to the service life of the main concrete structure of the filter.

All work on the production of a large batch of FEL was completed within the time frame set by the customer.
