From October 2022 The TEKO-FILTER Production Enterprise is working on a large order for the needs of the Irkutsk Polymer Plant (IZP).

27 filters of various design, diameter and material of manufacture are placed in production:

• FOV-2K-2.6-0.6;
• FSU-3.4-0.6;
• FISDVR-2.0-0.6;
• Filter-traps FL-TS-150-1.0.

All filters are made of carbon steel with a special internal coating, matched to the conditions of the working environment. The internal top and bottom distributors are made of stainless steel.

No piece of equipment is shipped without a thorough inspection check. Each filter undergoes hydraulic and acceptance (final) tests before shipment. Representatives of the end customer, designers and the contractor who builds and supplies the equipment take part in the inspection.
The first batches of equipment have already been successfully delivered to the construction site and installed in working position.

The Irkutsk Polymer Plant is the first plant in Eastern Siberia to produce polymers from ethane, which will be provided with its own raw materials. It is part of the gas chemical cluster, which includes the creation of a system of enterprises for the production, preparation, transportation and processing of gas. The INK group of companies has been systematically implementing this project since 2014.
