Winter 2023/2024 Our company shipped 6 two-chamber filters FOV-2K-3.1-0.6. To PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim (NKNK).

The project provides a unique technical solution. The filters were produced in a non-standard design. Each filter chamber operates independently of each other and has different types of filter media. Filter diameter: 3100 mm. To accomplish this task, the filters received a higher cylindrical chamber (the total height of the filter was almost 8 meters).

 

Another feature of this project was the use of various types of collection and distribution devices in the upper and lower chambers.
Top distribution devices: “plate overflow” type made of stainless steel for two chambers.
Lower distribution devices for the upper chamber: type “on a concrete base”; for the lower chamber: “false bottom” type with FEL filter elements.

An anti-corrosion coating is applied to the inner and outer surface of the filter housing.

The investment project “New olefin complex EP-600” being implemented at NKNK is part of the Strategy for the development of the chemical and petrochemical complex of Russia. The launch of the complex will significantly increase the country's ethylene production capacity to meet domestic demand and reduce import supplies of derivative products. EP-600 products will mainly be used at existing and future production facilities of NKNKH and Kazanorgsintez.
