In March 2023 PP TEKO-FILTER LLC has made several shipments of non-standard filter equipment for chemical industry enterprises.

The FEL TS-2.0-13144-4-NM filter element was manufactured for the needs of an enterprise for the production of polyvinyl chloride and caustic soda. It will be used in a Ø1200mm cyclone filter, which is designed to filter PVC sludge.
Its size is truly impressive! FEL is made of steel 03Х17Н14М3 (AISI 316L) and is a piece of pipe made of a frame-wire structure "TEKO-SLOT", with a diameter of 750 mm, a length of 1580 mm, with a gap of 2.0 mm.

On one side there is a socket made of solid metal with a flange welded to it for attaching the FEL inside the filter. On the other hand, the filter element is made in the form of a cone with a diameter of 1170 mm.
A flushing device is lowered into the center of the cone, where a special bracket is provided for this purpose.
The FEL design was developed specifically for the Customer’s needs and is completely analogous to the imported components that our customer previously used.
To strengthen the design of the filter element, non-standard 2.2x5mm wire and 4x6mm stringers were used, which will allow the product to be used in difficult operating conditions.

In addition, our company manufactured 4 non-standard filter cartridges FEL TS-0.2-1314-4-N-fl for the petrochemical plant of the SIBUR group - ZapSibNeftekhim.

The delivery also included 2 distribution devices UVSRl 2500-1 Du250. They have a non-standard design. The device provides sufficient strength without attachment to the filter walls. Because On existing equipment, an anti-corrosion coating is applied, which does not allow welding.

The shipped filtration equipment will replace products manufactured in Germany. They are used in mixed-action filters that are part of the condensate purification unit at the Pyrolysis production facility.
