In July 2024, the UNSR 3700-1K drainage and distribution device was shipped to our regular customers - SIBUR PJSC.

The product has a diameter of 3700mm!

The device is intended for an isomerization reactor with a complex composition of the working medium.

 

The order was made as part of work to expand production for the new reactor. Our company’s specialists carried out work to optimize the design of the UNSR in accordance with the technical specifications, because the task was non-standard. It was necessary to ensure an increase in the productivity of the device while maintaining technological operating parameters. When designing the product, the large dimensions of the switchgear were taken into account. The design is designed to make installation simple and easy.
The product is manufactured with minimal tolerances, in full accordance with customer requirements.

The design of the assembly and distribution device is completely dismountable. All beam and FEL fastenings are made on threaded connections. The manifold is assembled using flanges.
Device manufacturing material: special grade stainless steel containing molybdenum.
The delivery set also included filter elements made using the “TEKO-SLOT” technology – FEL TS-0.2-12-4-NM-K2”-N.
