From March to August 2024, the manufacturing company "TEKO-FILTER" shipped a large batch of industrial filters for ZapSibNeftekhim LLC (SIBUR).

The supply included:

• 6 counter-current ion exchange filters FIPr-3.0-0.6;
• 6 two-chamber filters: FIPr 2K-3.0-0.6 ON;
• 4 parallel-flow ion exchange filters FIPaI 3.4-0.6.

 

The design feature of all devices is the absence of standard supports (legs). The filter body is equipped with special plates, with the help of which the filter will be welded to the vertical guide (along the workshop building). The vertical placement is justified by the project as a solution to reduce the area of ​​the VPU installation.

As part of the contract, the customer carried out regular quality control at all stages of production. Each filter underwent hydraulic and acceptance (final) tests before shipment. Accompanying technical documentation was developed for the entire batch in the required volume and in accordance with the customer's standards.

The shipped products are purchased as part of a large-scale modernization of the electric heat and steam generation (ETSG) production facility. One of the areas of modernization is the use of sludge water for production purposes after passing through existing treatment plants. For this purpose, it is planned to reconstruct the water treatment plant using technologies that allow obtaining clean condensate and dry salt residue at the outlet. All these measures will reduce the consumption of clean river water by 13.2%.
