In August 2024, our company shipped two FOV 3.4-0.6 filters for the needs of PAO Severstal. The products are equipped with control cabinets, filter loading, shut-off valves with electric drives and instrumentation and automation devices. This is already the second shipment for our Cherepovets partners, our company completed the first one in September 2023.

For the period from October 2023 to June 2024. The equipment delivered in 1 batch was installed and underwent comprehensive tests. The tests were carried out jointly with our representatives, where the following were done:

• all stages of installation were checked;
• remote control modes were tested;
• training was conducted for operating personnel.

 

The filters are currently operating in the cooling system of a continuous steel casting plant.

The special feature of the shipped filter equipment is the high throughput capacity of the products – each filter produces up to 450 m3/hour of purified water. In addition, the filters are equipped with an automatic control system and are manufactured in a disassembled form (10 parts no more than 5 tons each).

To ensure the specified filtration rate and reliability, the filters are equipped with slotted drainage caps.

A non-standard internal device of our own design is used as the upper distribution device: a "perforated glass" with a diameter of 1250 mm. This device was modernized by our specialists in order to improve the functional characteristics and simplify installation.

The shipped filters will also be used to supply water for cooling the slab of the continuous casting plant of steelmaking.

The high quality of the supplied products and the ability to solve complex non-standard problems allows our company to receive regular orders from our partners and proves the leadership of our products in the field of water treatment.
