In October 2024, the manufacturing enterprise TEKO-FILTER shipped two FMO 800-1.6-500-1.5-2 filters. The equipment was delivered to the Samara Region by order of the oil producing enterprise JSC Samaraneftegaz (PJSC NK Rosneft).

The project is being implemented as part of the technical re-equipment of the UKPN-2 complex oil treatment unit. Hydrogen sulfide oil purification unit.

The filters were designed and manufactured based on a questionnaire developed by the design institute, taking into account all the requirements of the end user.

The filtered medium is crude oil. The hazard class of the working environment according to GOST 12.1.007 is 1. The equipment will operate in an open area.
At the same time, the working environment has a high temperature and pressure (t = 800 C, P = 1.6 MPa).

To ensure operation under specified operating conditions, the filter housings were heat-treated. In addition, the delivery includes a set of thermal insulation in an aluminum casing. Inside the FMO, FEL-TS-1.5-3670-4-N filter elements of the TEKO-SLOT design with increased strength are installed.

The finished equipment was handed over to the customer's inspectors at the first presentation and permission for shipment was received.

At the moment, we continue to cooperate with the customer. In the near future, the production and delivery of 6 more filters is planned within the framework of this project. All of them are also designed according to a unique technical specification.
