In September 2023, our company shipped two FOV 3.4-0.6 filters for the needs of PJSC Severstal.

Task

The customer gave us a difficult technical task:

Maximum use of recycled materials, reduction of negative impact on the environment and minimization of environmental risks are the priorities of the production activities of PP TEKO-FILTER LLC.
Reducing the volume of industrial waste, increasing the level of its processing reduce the burden on the environment and increase business efficiency.

From October 2022 The TEKO-FILTER Production Enterprise is working on a large order for the needs of the Irkutsk Polymer Plant (IZP).

27 filters of various design, diameter and material of manufacture are placed in production:

In the period from 2022 to 2023, the TEKO-FILTER Production Enterprise shipped 49,700 pcs. drainage filter elements of a combined type to MUP "Vodokanal", Yekaterinburg.

All of them are designed to complete 9 fast non-pressure filters. Work on their construction is carried out within the framework of the project "Reconstruction and expansion of the Head treatment facilities of the water supply system in Yekaterinburg". This is one of the major projects of the last 10 years, which is of strategic importance for the Urals Federal District and Russia as a whole. The launch of filters into operation is planned for the period: 2024÷2025.
